About Us
Behind The Counter At Antney's Grub
A straightforward promise: fresh-cut steak, homemade sauces, and a menu built by people who actually eat this stuff.
How It Started
Fresh Cut, No Shortcuts
Antney's Grub was built around one non-negotiable: the steak is cut fresh, not pre-formed and frozen. That single decision shaped everything else on the menu — from the "Fresh Cut Triple Blend" cheesesteaks to the homemade meatballs simmered in gravy and the strombolis rolled by hand in-house.
What started as a single counter has grown into two Jersey Shore spots — Wildwood and North Wildwood — but the kitchen at both still runs the same way it always has: order it, and we make it.

Milestones
Our Journey
Antney's Grub opens as a counter-service cheesesteak and cutlet shop, built around the "Fresh Cut Triple Blend" steak.
Homemade meatballs, roast pork, and roast beef are added, along with the first Stromboli offerings.
Burgers, wieners, appetizers, and a full Kids Grub menu round things out into the full menu served today.
Still made to order, still cut fresh — Antney's Grub keeps growing one regular at a time.

What We Stand For
Our Values
Cut Fresh, Daily
Steak is sliced fresh in-house — never pre-formed patties, never frozen on the flat top.
Made Your Way
Wit or witout, mild or loaded — every sandwich is built to the order, not off a pre-made batch.
Neighborhood First
A counter-service spot built for regulars — quick, honest, and consistent, order after order.
